I’m always happy to be approached by potential buyers for a chat. After a free and confidential consultation which can be conducted by phone, in person or over the internet, you will be left to think things over and/or more requested information can be forwarded.

The crux of my service is to guide you through a property search from start to finish using both the internet and an off market or private search. I can usually provide an additional source of properties to those advertised on websites and with agents.

If you decide to go ahead with my service, we perform all anti money laundering requirements for HMRC, agree a specification, sign an agreement, transfer a retainer fee, then we discuss all potential properties.  I can offer to do viewings on your behalf or we can do them together, all the time giving you the benefit of my experience in the market by helping you to spot pitfalls and explaining marketing tactics. I will lead any negotiation with the seller or selling agent to finalise a purchase and when successful, I then charge the pre-agreed Finder’s Fee.

There’s never any pressure or sales pitch. You can also change your mind or revise the specification if you learn things as we go that affect your plan.

Due to the fact the majority of transactions that I deal with are confidential, I don’t advertise the properties I have helped to purchase. However, the photographs on this website are of properties I have previously been asked to market openly so they do give a flavour of the cross section of the market in which I work.

As part of the service and if required, I can make introductions to contacts who may be relevant to other aspects of your property purchase. Over the years I have built a panel of trusted contacts with respect to Mortgage Advisors, Surveyors, Solicitors, Financial Advisors, Architects, and so on.  I have no commission agreements with these individuals and do not gain financially from referring business.
